Playlist - 5/15/2016

Hi Folks.

We moved back to our old time, 2-4pm on Sundays, though for this first show back at the new time we were preempted a half-hour at the start.
Bill Birchfield

We played a musical tribute to Bill Birchfield of the Roan Mountain Hilltoppers who died a year ago on this date.  The Hilltoppers were a renowned old-time band from East Tennessee, and Bill was the last of the Birchfield family to maintain the group.

Joe Bussard presented his 32nd program of early country classics from his 78 collection.
